Most emergency heating and cooling calls could have been avoided with regular preventative maintenance. All manufacturers recommend your heating and cooling systems to be serviced every year by a qualified technician. Our Preventative Maintenance Program will prolong the life of your system, greatly improve its efficiency and reduce your heating and cooling costs.
In order to not fall victim to avoidable breakdowns, we are encouraging all our customers to sign up for our yearly service program. Once you have committed to the program, we will schedule a qualified technician to inspect and service your equipment.
Unlike other maintenance programs there is no contract to sign - all additional repairs are approved by you first – and you can cancel the program at any time without any penalties. This program will automatically continue from year to year. We will contact you when your maintenance is due and schedule your appointment. For detailed list of what is inspected, see the attached listings.
